The ClinBridge advantage starts out with RecruitmentReady to ensure patients are StudyReady, PatientReady, and SiteReady.

StudyReady

StudyReady ensures the patient is ready to join the study.  Patients are screened against certain inclusion/exclusion criteria to ensure only the most eligible patients make it through.

Where the patient lives is a big factor we look at because proximity to the site is key for determining if the patient will be able to attend follow up visits.  If a patient has to travel 5 hours for the treatment, they might get the treatment… but will they come for the follow up visit in 12 months?  Probably not.

PatientReady

After the patient is StudyReady, we ensure they are ready to be a patient with PatientReady.

This is the stage where we inform potential patients their rights as a study participant if they choose to join the study.  We let them know expectations of the study, that they will need to adhere to the study protocol, and show them the time burden in the study schedule.

We hope that the patient wanted to join the study in the first place to progress science and learning as a whole, but even if they did not, we stress the altruistic nature of their participation and their positive benefit to society and others with their indication.

SiteReady

Once a patient is StudyReady and PatientReady they are now SiteReady.

Providing SiteReady to the clinical sites will show as a sponsor you care about making things as easy as possible for the site.

Can you imagine how frustrating it would be if a sponsor sent in 20 patients and all of them failed out on basic inclusion/exclusion criteria?  The investigator would probably question if you knew what you were doing.  Why should he spend his time on your study when you are not spending much time to make things easy for him?

SiteReady patients are freshly screened and informed, they are not from an old stale list.

How often do sponsors provide good quality patients for the investigator to treat?  Not very often.  The investigator is always looking to build his team and his clout in the hospital.  The investigator wants more quality patients.
